Internship Summary

As our platform continues to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Fulfilment Intern to support the operations behind our expanding product and partner network.

Tasks

Order Fulfilment

• Assist with the preparation and fulfilment of customer orders
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
• Support packing and dispatch operations when required

Product Personalisation

• Manage printing and personalisation requests
• Ensure a high level of accuracy in customised products

Inventory & Logistics

• Support warehouse inventory management
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock organisation
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners

Operational Support

• Maintain accurate records of orders, customers and suppliers
• Assist with internal operational processes and reporting
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows

Team Collaboration

• Work with the operations, customer support and sales teams
• Provide general operational assistance when required
