Tasks |

-Understanding HR Processes: Interns will gain insights into various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. They will learn how to manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding -Performance Management: Interns will learn about setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and encouraging employee development. Understand the importance of performance reviews and how to conduct them effectively. -Communication Skills: Effective communication is a fundamental skill for HR professionals. Learn how to communicate clearly and empathetically with employees, managers, and other stakeholders -Technology and HR Analytics: Interns will be exposed to various HR technologies and analytics tools that help in managing HR processes efficiently. Learn how to leverage technology to improve HR operations and make data-driven decisions -Going through and learning the basics of document filing, cleaning up folders for the organisation, workday processes |
