1. Provide support in conducting quality control activities such as product testing, inspection and documentations. a. Inspect products received from manufacturers b. Gather relevant technical documentations to access products c. Assess and make recommendation for each batch received. d. Complete inspection documentations 2. Conduct engineering verifications on new products and warranty returns. a. Conduct tests and experiments on new products / technologies and warranty returns b. Manage repository of testing data c. Review product lifetime and long term quality. 3. Generate test reports on testing outcomes. a. Create internal test reports for various functions b. Provide technical advice to all internal queries 4. Provide support in the maintenance of the technical laboratory and equipment. a. Ensure lab equipment, tools, golden samples are in neat and orderly manner. b. Tracking records of new products, samples etc. 5. Assist in regulatory and compliance applications. a. Learn the regulatory requirements of electronic goods within Australia b. Assist in compiling documentation to supplement product launches c. Compile documentation for regulatory applications. |
