Internship Summary

Fantastic Opportunity for junior chefs!
Learn from Chef at award winning restaurant, opportunity to create special function menus with the chef.

You  will have opportunity to work and meet guests. If catering functions come up during the internship you will be able to learn about function / event catering and service management.

Tasks

Kitchen- Trainee Cook – help with pre-preps and food pickup and plating at Operation times, general cleaning and washing.

Service- serving guests, order taking, Til/Cash handling, General cleaning and washing.
