Internship Summary

The role is Commercial Administrator, so we see a person who has just completed their financial/commerce degree, have permanent work rights in Australia, and are looking for an entry level position.

Tasks

Management of Commercial Inbox

Allocation of emails to correct categories;
Respond to internal and external email queries.

Claims Processing

Analysis and reconcile jobs reaching claiming milestones;
Seek supporting information or actions from other departments so claims can be made;
Produce weekly payment claims;
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders re variations which are subject to approval;
Process contract in scope variations into the Company’s project management software;
Notify internal stakeholders of new in scope additions;
Process approved payment schedules into the Company’s project management software;
Investigate and resolve rejected payment claims;
Complete Work in Progress Reports – Aging Sites.

Contracts - Register all in scope variation contracts, complex contracts, greenfield contracts

Read and interpret client in scope variations.
File all contracts into UCG Sharepoint.
